The Human ear hears sound by sound waves traveling into the outer ear, from there the sound waves hit the ear drum and moves three bones that vibrate into the cochlea. the part that looks like a snail. In the cochlea the sound waves vibrate and moves the inside of the cochlea. And that is basically how we can hear sound.
